No refunds or exchange
We purchased a stove for £1300 from this company and it was too big for the chimney so asked to exchange for smaller . We were told that this company operates on a cash and carry basis and does NOT exchange or refund . Please be aware as they do not make this clear at time of sale and then will not even discuss exchanging should there be a problem .
