Horrible ripped off!
Yesterday I ordered a cab from this companyand it takes about 15mins to arrive. I got a few luggages and one didn't fit into the rear boot so we put in in the back seat. We all got into the cab with a sour looking face cabbie and didn't even bother to say much about the extra charges for the luggage in the back seat. He just say that there will be extra charges and doesn't bother to say much even though he knew we don't fully know what he meant. He just keep on driving with his sour face like we owe him money! We initially thought it would be extra one or two pounds but it came up to the total of £10 which is more expensive than ordering two taxis. This is an absolutely bad experience and it's only the second time I use this company's cab. Definitely a no-no next time around for me.
