Generally Poor
Was referred to this business, whose offices are old and unkempt with boxes of files everywhere, they accepted a piece of work only to do nothing...I had to pursue for engagement papers, which were never sent, they never responded to emails, phones calls or the three visits I made, eventually I took the business away from them. For a 5 week duration piece of work, price agreed, the principal and sole lawyer in the business took over 9 months to do anything, and that was against what I specifically asked him to do, communicated to me in an email, find another firm...
