This is the best one..
Absolute fab from beginning to the end .. I wouldn’t bother to phone anyone else. Daniel gave very clear advice from the start and never tried to push me in to anything . He sorted the forms out , booked the court and came to the court with me. And the best is that you pay nothing until the day of court and that to me means a company that you can trust. And it doesn’t end there, you can still phone or email if you need any advice or info and I would not hesitate to do that if I needed to, because I know that I will get the same excellent service even after. So a BIG thank you to Daniel for everything and now I can get on with my life without any stress.

One of the best out there!
Exceptional service! Since my first phone call some months ago requesting help and advice I immediately felt that cloud over me disappearing. When getting closer to my court date with companies chasing more and more, the professional service I received kept the phone calls and letters away. My day in court was basically short and sweet, just 45 minutes. Immaculate documentation was handed over and the clerk couldn’t stop smiling with how easy it had made her job to check the form over and handing over to a judge to sign off (who did within minutes). Already had my telephone interview from the official receiver and as documentation was so clear and precise it took little over 10 minutes (normally around 30) to complete.

Bankruptcy help
My Advice is to phone around as many firms as you can but do call this company amongst them. I used one of the partners called Daniel and I could not fault him. He was not pushy like the others did not want paying up front I paid him on the morning of the hearing, he was cheaper than the others quoted just to do the forms and he came to court with us at Birmingham, the Judge had obviously seen him before, afterwards I needed to call him about a couple of things and he was always very helpfull which meant alot to us, bankruptcy was one of the few things in life that I got right.
