    In summary-poor. I would not recommend this company. Service was extremely bad-rarely responded to calls/emails, didn't even have the decency to inform us via phone that our house sale did not complete on the day expected whilst we are sitting in vans. I found out by calling them at 4.30pm on a Friday. They were going to find out more information and didn't even call me back. This is just a snippet of the rubbish we have had wih them.-not a friendly bunch at all. They have caused so much stress in our family it is unbelievable.
