I am new to the area and popped in to see if I could get my Arden Grange puppy food from here as I'd much rather help out small businesses than line the pockets of pets at home (disgusted at the report on watchdog). I was greeted by a beautiful baby and a very helpful lady called Lisa who showed me where to find my dog food and talked to me about my puppy. I will be taking him down for a complementary treat and a fuss next time. The shop is very well stocked and also mentioned they have no problem with attaining special orders if it is not something they usually keep, even offering free delivery on orders over £10 and a great loyalty scheme (I got six out of twelve stamps on my first visit) so I will be getting £5 off next time I come. It is the cleanest pet shop I ever been in, the shop is well organised, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I have never been compelled to write an online review before, but Animal Planet definitely deserve the good word spreading. I have told all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
