I took a visit to the Artisan bakery - which to my surprise was just a unit on the business estate - so was a bit intimidating for retail customers like me! Took some bread home - Quinoa was very stodgy in the middle - slightly uncooked texture - the Spelt was nice - a bit chewy though & the next morning it had gone mouldy! - I will stay with my local baker from now on.

The rye bread was quite a nice taste but was very dry & the husks of the grain were still present and get stuck in your teeth - not very nice. Was also dry/stale the next day - so only good for 1 day.

Tried the Rye bread - really 'sour & bitter' tasting bread, a firm 'dense & dry texture' - a bit like a heavy cake - also went mouldy quite quickly. Lets hope their other breads are better.
