Faulty and broken equipment is moved between depots and released for hire without the right instructions or paperwork. No replacements available in our case. We will never be using Artisan Hire again as they are not looking after their customers interests - bad equipment maintenance, worn and shoddy kit. Avoid avoid avoid.
