After reading the posts, all I can say is Oh dear, well that's all that's printable anyway. Avon customer "don't" care team have their hands tied and are not willing to take responsibility for their own faults. So I'm going to send my returns, the ones I asked to be collected before Christmas 2015 directly to the C.E.O along with copies of all the e-mails and the companys replies. At this stage I'm past caring but can't help but feel sad that such a once fab company has fallen so far. Maybe if the big boys know what's happening at floor level something might change, or am I just being my usual optimistic self? As for the rating below. If it's for Avon then they don't rate, not any more, not for me.

I'm sorry to see that nothing's changed in the last 20 years. I was an Avon rep for 12 years from 1985-1997. Some months after my last campaign when I'd paid the full amount owing, I had a delivery from Avon - with my name and address - which I hadn't ordered. I had no idea why it had been sent to me, and I never did find out why. I immediately phoned Avon and told them that I had this order that was nothing to do with me. OK, they said... we'll send the driver to pick it up, which he did. I thought nothing more of it until several months later when I had a phone call from Avon, demanding that I pay for my last order... the one that wasn't mine. I can't remember exactly how much it was, but it was somewhere around £250 - a lot of money now, but even more in 1997. I must have been on the phone for an hour or more, trying to explain what had happened before, and NO WAY was I going to be paying for something that 1) I hadn't ordered in the first place, and 2) had been returned unopened. Then the letter arrived in the post demanding the full amount be paid within 28 days or else. I wrote them a strongly worded letter threatening to report the matter to the Northamptonshire press. I heard nothing more from them after that.

Placed two orders with local rep , neither delivered and we are in credit, tried to contact via text , no reply, tried talking to Avon no help whatsoever. A company with no customer care that does not deserve business.

Do not become a rep, managers are forced to sign reps fraudulently, likes of divisional manager like Natalie scoble which is a disgrace, then u have items sent to your address when u haven't signed up. Using ur address they can put an application under any name. Awful company.

I was an Avon rep for almost 5 years, didn't really make any money for myself. Over the past few months, I've had an ongoing dispute with this company, I had done my usual order, a couple of items were not wanted so I sent them back, thought that was the end of it...nope!! I had a letter from Avon cosmetics finance department saying that I owe money (£46) they had only gone and recharge my account with the items I'd sent back. A month had gone past, after a few phone calls and emails showing them proof, they still didn't believe me, I had another letter from financial department saying that I'm now being charged a late payment fee of £10 and threatened to ruin my credit score. I'm absolutely fuming with Avon now, I've made money for them for years, I've been loyal and this is how they repay me. I threatened to go to watchdog at this point now as they have not listened to a word that I have said or believed that I had sent proof in...funnily enough, this kicked them up the backside!! They have since recredited my account and waived the late payment fee and finally my balance is zero! I went onto my credit score today as it was updated, guess what?!! Avon has only gone and ruined that for me, my score has gone down by 174 because of a late Avon payment even though it was all of AVON COSMETICS FAULT!! I've disputed this now and hopefully it can be solved but please, stay away from Avon, they only want you to make money for them, you get nothing out of it apart from abuse. The customer care service are crap too!!

I called avon 2 times and send emails 3 times abut friend of mine who wants to become an Avon representative they sent me 3 emails back that someone will contact me soon no one called yet 6 month ago ..... shit , that's all I can say

I closed my account months ago and paid the full amount owing from last campaign I did. I did not hear anything further till a few weeks ago when I got a letter stating I owed £15.50 and as this had not been paid late fees had been added and this had been lodged onto my credit file!! I have tried in vain to speak to someone with authority to act on this but no one at the call centre will pass me on and just tell me I have to pay. This is a disgrace. Firstly I dispute the original amount owing and find it ridiculous that late fees have been charged for non payment of something I was never informed about. They say they sent a letter but that is not true. I have this morning received a letter informing me that xtra late fees have been added and my debt is being passed on to collections agent who will probably take me to court!! I can't even get to speak to someone to sort this mess. Avon you are a disgrace. I have always prided myself on my credit rating and now you have ruined that. Court it is the

I can honestly say that i would not encourage anybody to join the Avon family. I signed up on 10th April and had no support what so ever. I tried to place my first order was struggling so contacted my Agent for support to still be waiting her response 5 days later. Rang Avon directly to be told order did not go through and account was on hold. Very disappointing to say the least. Not one bit of courtesy to even acknowledge me.
