    Despite our careful planning, the table plan was ignored and our main guests were put on a less prominent table. There were complaints of luke warm main courses. The contract needs careful scrutiny as any cancellations will still be charged at the full rate. No reduction will be given regardless of the length of notice. If for any reason there are cancellations, alternative guests should be invited.
