Im a current tenant with Belvoir. The heater in the lounge was broken for a few weeks. The maintenance access the apartment a few times without my knowledge. I only realised the keys were with other contractors when the toilet was clog because the plumber did not have the keys to get in from belvoir. I have called a few times to check on the heater. The head of department Jane was rude and unprofessional. She avoided my call and was not keen to listen to any of my inputs (maybe i am a foreigner) Do not go with this letting agency. Their sales team is good but the after support for maintenance is not as desirable as it should be. Maintenance people on the road are efficient and very helpful. Just those sat in the office.
