Worst dealer I have ever dealt with
When you buy a car from this dealer do not expect to get those niggling faults repaired. I purchased a Ford Mondeo about 3 months ago. The faults I experienced were;- Cigar light not working - needed for Sat nav. Leaking hatch door Leaking rear door On board computer faulty Loose nearside wing mirror New clutch required within 900 miles. The new clutch cost nearly £700 and was noisey from the first day, Although you do get a 3 month warrenty this is with a warrenty company and has conditions including a restricted payout, it does not include the clutch. Anything other than engine repairs are not covered. I would normally expect any initial fault to be sorted by the dealer, all you get from BMV is " Tough, go away and stop bothering me"So do not expect any friendly after sales service ............There isn't any
