Possibly the worst care agency I have ever come avross
Bluebird Care have disappointed me on so many levels. They have provided a poor level of care & at times I have been notified just 5 minutes before my Mother's care visit that her usual carer is sick. This leaves us in the lurch as carets are coming and going at different times and my Mother requires a routine. Very, very disappointed with their service, unreasonable prices charged for this service and the shoddy, inefficient way in which they seem to run their business.

Genuinely caring and very efficient
I live abroad, and caring for the needs of my elderly mother from a distance is difficult. My contacts with Bluebird at all levels are excellent, and my mother is delighted with her carers. She recently had health problems, and I have only praise for the rapidity with which Bluebird reacted to a call for help from me on a Sunday evening, and the quality of the carers. Bluebird's professional advice is invaluable, their organization is faultless, and I receive regular updates on my mother's situation. I don't know what we would do without this support.
