Bodywize, my opinion.
I've used this gym for 10 years +. Friendly and very helpful staff. The gym attracts people serious about fitness. This may be bodybuilders, people just trying to get fit and everyone else in between. I've yet to meet someone who would not lend me a hand with weights or who has refused to give some advice. It's a friendly and relaxed place to work out regardless of if you are an overwieght OAP, a scrawny teenager or,like me, an older person trying to keep the years at bay. I can not recommend this ym enough. Well worth the money. Rick.
