AWFUL!
I visited this salon the day of my Sister's wedding to have my hair done. My appointment was for 9:30am and when I arrived the shutters were still down. Being rushed for time I asked a couple of girls who were standing outside why the salon was still shut. I was informed that the owner had left her keys at home and would be another 20 minutes. Half an hour later she turned up and opened up. I was taken over the the basin to wash my hair - if you could call it that - the assistant didn't completely dampen my hair before applying shampoo so the underneath of my hair was DRY! I was then rinsed and hurried over to a chair where she started to blowdry my hair. Over the next 40 minutes she stopped what she was doing a number of times and disappeared for 5 minutes at a time, the last time returning with a toasted cheese sandwich, she popped it down on the trolley beside me and proceeded to dry my hair - greasy hands and all! I eventually left the salon stressed as I was running late and unhappy with my hair but I was in too much of a rush and too fed up to complain. I would never go back, the whole operation is totally unorganised and from what I could see there was a total lack of management (the owner opened up and then left).

worst salon ever
i have never been anywhere so un organized and unprofessional, 2 people started my nails i was left on 3 occasions why the unqualified technician attempted to put on nail extentions who had to pop out to actually get the extentions i was there over two hours walked out and didnt pay in end had had to go somewhere else to sort my nails out absoulute shambles
