AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
As a bride myself, I feel duty-bound to warn other brides away from this appalling company. Personally, I called to cost up the hiring of a horse and carriage to transport my fiancé and I to and from the church on the day of our wedding. I was told it would cost £500. On querying this cost (our venue and church lie on the same drive within the same grounds), Mark (the owner) curtly told me I wouldn't be needing *his* services and put the phone down on me. I'm surprised business like his are able to even subsist in this day and age. Hire his services if you want an oaf with no manners or understanding of service.
