Worst Treatment Ever !
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Garry Cornes took 4 months to repair my tv and when I said I was not happy with the service, he threatend me and so I threatened him back, he then used this excuse to further ignore all my different forms of communication, which he previously did anyway. After many more attempts at contacting Garry, he then threatened me again with if I do not remove my reviews I would NOT get my tv back. So I did as requested and he came out 2 days before xmas and delivered my tv, but he could not find the wll bracket, so they cobbled one together, and after they left, I notice 3 massive gouges on the tv, so I immediatley contacted Garry and left a message, I do not knoe if the scratches are intentional, but he said he would replace the filter, but its now Feb, and nothing. I should have know when you go into the shop all the expensive tv's are stacked on top of each other. So if you want abused, lied to, threatened, avoided, and have to wait months for a shoddy repair job, by people who do not take care of YOUR equipment, then this is the company for you. I was then charged £150 for this abuse ! Do not use , avoid, keep away, steer clear, and if you happen to decide to go down this path, ask Garry Cornes about this case.
