Misleading information provided
Have used this company once when travelling to hook train station from a local hotel. When calling them by phone the operator insisted that there were no trains departing from hook,which did not sound right as we literally checked on the national rail site two minutes before. When challenged he confirmed that he was by the station and that he did not hear a single train all day. We then tried to book through the hotel concierge and found that the same incorrect information was passed by capital cars to the hotel. Eventually we did not trust the information provided by capital cars, booked a taxi to hook station and found that trains to London were running regularly and on time. This company is not national rail and should refrain to give information about what trains are running and what are not. If we trusted what we were told we might have ended up booking a taxi to London, a very expensive journey.
