Now trading as Carmatsworld.co.uk As a reviewer stated above they take your order and your funds then your left in the dark.Supposed to send out tracking info via email that never arrived they did respond to one email with an excuse blaming a courier. Told they would 're submit order and upgrade delivery? They never left a name or phone number on this e-mail obviously hiding!! The number to contact them 01772 459997 is a dead line.Totally shabby cowboy outfit. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY LOOK ELSEWHERE YOU WILL ONLY GET PROBLEMS

Terrible company, poor quality and bad customer service - DO NOT USE

Ordered mats for a Toyota Yaris 2012 3rd Gen model. First set took nearly 2 weeks to arrive, after many calls and emails I received multiple excuses ranging from a basic delay, to someone had left the company and the mats were "somewhere" in the warehouse, no tracking information was ever supplied despite claims this is sent on despatch. Eventually received a set of mats that completely did not fit my make or model of car...the allegedly tailored mats were very much NOT tailored. Asked to return the item as they were clearly faulty and after many emails including me sending photos as proof that the mats clearly were wrong, it was explained that the mats sent were for the wrong Yaris...I retrieved templates for all variants/age of this car and found the mats matched NONE OF THEM! Was told another set would be sent.....another week passes and still nothing. Currently about to raise this with Paypal for a refund - absolutely shoddy.

Wish I had not bought from this company, why on earth do companies behave so badly when they supply shoddy products, and then tell lie upon lie upon lie about it. Life is too short for a continuous stream of games from idiots like this company. It would not be so bad if a company actually made good, but no! I hope they go out of business!!!

I ordered toyota prius 2005-09 premium car mats. When i received the mats it was rubbish quality very very thin mats. Customer services were unhelpful and agreed to return less £5 postage and asked me to send the mats back. I paid £26 for mats and i will get back £21 plus have to pay for the postage to send these mats back to carmats2fit.

I ordered toyota prius 2005-09 premium car mats. When i received the mats it was rubbish quality very very thin mats. Customer services were unhelpful and agreed to return less £5 postage and asked me to send the mats back. I paid £26 for mats and i will get back £21 plus have to pay for the postage to send these mats back to carmat2fit.
