    Unclear billing practices, shoddy scheduling, damage to my property and fraudulent costs applied to my account are just a few of the reasons I would not recommend this team. They may have a monopoly in Hornchurch, but this useless and overpriced company are beyond good service and value. I will clean it myself next year, which should save me in the region of £600 and cut months off the waiting time.
