    The Asian women who sit behind the post office counter are not the most helpful neither are they friendly or welcoming. Customer service is poor. I had arranged with the Royal Mail for my package to be redelivered to this Chadwell Heath post office. I never got the package and the ladies (one in particular) refused to assist me!
