I ordered from iFlorist a Christmas plant for my housebound mum, to be delivered on Christmas Eve. It didn't get delivered. Payment has gone through payable to Colonial Gifts Ltd. It appears too much of a coincidence for the two to NOT be one and the same. Google suggests that they are. I was not surprised of the non delivery once I saw that Yodel was the delivery firm involved. I say this with some objectivity, as I have had a parcel previously mis-delivered by Yodel. We received an e-mail from iFlorist proudly announcing that the plant had been delivered on December 27. It should have been delivered to an address in Shropshire. It was delivered to an address in County Durham!!! According to the Yodel tracking system, the plant was returned to the sender. Hence, even now, another person hasn't benefited from Yodel's error. I am awaiting some response from iFlorist but, on looking at their website and the inability to have a conversation with a human being, and having now read reviews of the firm, I fully expect to get a response (eventually) along the lines of "THE COMPUTER SAYS NO". My advice is, DO NOT USE iFlorist or any firm that uses Yodel for deliveries! Should we really have to research every firm in advance to establish their credibility?
