    Best avoided. I have found this company to be very disorganised and unprofessional. They replaced wall ties in my property to make it structurally sound. Later work showed that their wall ties had not bonded correctly & so were completely ineffective. Luckily no consequent damage was done. When approached they have refused to honour the warrenty due to a technical change in ownership even though they trade on their long established reputation. They NEVER returned called and were the rudest and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with I think. AVOID.
