    I lived in a cunninghams property for a year whilst studying at the university of nottingham and we soon had issues with damp in the house after moving in. The company was extremely slow at getting back to us and when they did used rudely worded emails blaming us for issues that a quick response from them could easily have prevented, causing us to pay for damage. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with Cunningham's.
