I went to see David Spellman aka Neat Feet twice in late 2010 complaining of an embedded wooden splinter that was invisible to the eye but causing great agony. The practitioner ignored my tale on both occasions and mis-diagnosed me with corns. His wrong initial diagnosis was accepted by my GP, with whom he has a professional alliance, despite the wound never healing and me becoming essentially disabled after several months. The untreated wooden splinter irritation eventually turned into an agonizing thumb-sized tumour which I had to have surgically removed over a year later at great expense, and in a foreign country. My physical problems as a result of this year of crippled walking continue to this day. Since that time, Neat Feet has totally refused to cooperate with me or my legal counsel in even such simple and routine matters as supplying copies of my medical records. I have been forced to take legal action and so, no, I cannot recommend Neat Feet whatsoever. They have been both incompetent and unprofessional, whilst also breaking the law by withholding documents. I gave them one star because zero stars was not an option and for no other reason.
