These people arrived with only a plunger which was useless for clearing my blocked kitchen sink as the blockage needed a rod or machine. After flooding my downstairs neighbours they left saying they would be back with a machine in half an hour. Two hours later I phoned them and they said they could not get the machine until the next day. At this point I got in touch with another plumber.
