I used to work for them and their very unprofessional
I used to work for eco residential for two months, they send people out who are meant to be loft surveyors without ladders or measuring equipment etc. I saw my colleagues standing on each others shoulders to get to lofts if homeowners don't have ladders or chairs. If its not getting on peoples shoulders they stand on peoples washing machines, cardboard boxes, suitcases anything just to get up there without any respect for the homeowners furniture

Did not turn up!
Eco Residential came to my door on Friday 14th December and told me I did not have enough loft insulation. they booked me in to get it done on Monday 21st January after 1pm waited in all afternoon for them, they did not turn up. Gave them a phone call and went to answer machine left my number no call back.

Do not deal with Eco Residential
Eco Residential processed my order on 19.11.2012 wrongly and it was cancelled without my being advised. The Government funding for "able to pay" for insulation ceased on 14.12.2012 and I am now not eligible for free loft insulation due to Eco Residential's error in their paperwork. If they call to your front door - don't touch them with a barge pole!
