EHB Maintenance Ltd (Electrical, Heating and Building) is a small company bringing together under one roof, all the trades involved in building maintenance. We are able to provide a fast and efficient service within a 50 mile radius of our Ellesmere Port base. The company was formed to produce a 'one stop shop' in order to work closely with insurance companies along with local estate agents, landlords and private customers. With the skills we have at our disposal, we cover all the requirements for home, industrial or commercial We are well suited to look after the rental market having registered and 'P' certified electricians who can test and issue certificates for installations and complete portable appliance testing as required. Our plumbers and heating engineers are gas safe registered and can test and repair boilers issuing landlords' safety certificates which are required annually. Our builders cover all aspects of building maintenance including kitchen and bathroom fitting, roofing, patios, brickwork, pointing, woodwork and glazing along with property decorating and domestic cleaning. We cover the whole of the Wirral, Chester, Wrexham, Flint, Runcorn, Crew and Widnes.
Our Engineers:

About Us:
We started our business when Steve Mort, a young man who had just completed his electrician's apprenticeship wanted to form his own company. Steve asked Brian if he would help by setting him up and run the company as his business manager.
The company went from strength to strength until eventually our plumber decided to do the same thing and Brian was now Business Manager for two small companies. As business developed and we became known for our high standards the work increased and contracts were gained with various estate agents and insurance companies.

After some years of development our builder became a team member bringing with him a vast variety of skills for the building trade and Brian was now the business manager for three small sole trader companies running three different accounts. It was due to a request from a letting agent that the domestic cleaning side of our organisation came into being as we discovered that this was often a requirement on change of tenant.
The four different organisations ran well for a long time, each complimenting the other and often working side by side. In June of 2011 it was decided to bring all four under one roof and run them as one efficient company, under one manager and one account. EHB Maintenance was born and has since gained strength as the letting agents find it so much easier to deal with one organisation.
