Incredibly disappointed
I have never felt motivated enough to leave a review positive or negative but in this case I felt compelled to warn others so they don't have to go through the same as I did. I received an appalling haircut from a stylist working at this salon, I was so upset that I contacted the salon owner. After numerous messages I eventually received a response simply offering me a refund. Considering that I have to wear my hair up for the next few months to allow it to grow back and go to another stylist a refund doesn't go far enough and despite again contacting the owner I have had no response and so have been forced to write this review.
