Elite Repair team Responce
We advise customers to call us if they have not heard within the 48 hr schedule as this means there may be additional problems. We do not call the customer unless we are quoting after diagnostics or confirming the repair is complete. We communicate via email and have since upgraded our communication facilities as automatic once there is any change logged on the repair this end, it will send auto email to the customer. Very very poor.
The customer service was awful I had to ring up so many times because they were so incapable of contacting me. It was so bad I even thought they might be scam artists at one point. Appalling.
