    I was horrified when I collected what was a soft, wool blazer with a couple of small marks to find a hard, shiny, bleached/streaked blue and purple jacket with white and black bobbles and a lining hanging down at the back due to shrinkage. It doesn't fit now, but she would have detention if she wore it anyway. AVOID as they are rude and deny everything.
