Avoid this company
I am writing this review for my mother and aunt who are both pensioners and saw the Eurosuns advert for a trip to Romford market. They booked the coach trip and paid cash and received a receipt and were awaiting their tickets which never turned up even after numerous calls. After the trip date they rang to ask for a refund they said we don't carry cash and it can only be authorised by the manager who isn't here, and have since been fobbed off with more excuses. I wish I would have checked them out on the net first, since this I have heard many similar reports. There are many good companies around this isn't one. Best to avoid, check out their other reviews on the net!!!
