Worst international move ever
I took over one year and another move before doing a review on Excess Intl Movers : I did not want to be upset any more. After all this time, I still have an advise : AVOID this company. From the moving by itself to the administration of the move and the customer service, it is the worst company we ever had for our many international moves. Their boxes are not so good, some furnitures have not been emptied, some other badly protected, staff is pressured to do everything in the shortest time possible, nothing administrative is checked neither at origin nor at destination (eg parking authorisation) etc. We had many damages, did not recover all our losses from the insurance and lost days of work because the late arrival of the movers at destination was not advised (we had to call every day to discover another day delay). After being paid, Excess did not consider our claims. We had to finish the work at destination as the movers were expected somewhere else !
