Terrible customer service
ESSO petrol stations are just awful. I went in my local Esso just over 20 minutes ago on my moped after school. The sales assistant refused to let me pay for petrol, even after I had just put petrol in to my vehicle. WHAT A JOKE. He could of told me before putting petrol in to the vehicle, instead of letting me fill it to the brim and then not let me pay for it. His excuse was because I am in school uniform he "highly doubts that I am 16". He obviously is a sit at home loser who does not understand you wear uniform up until year 11 He is using sarcastic language which i'm pretty sure isn't in the customer service "handbook". If I wasn't 16 surely I wouldn't be driving a moped! Surely the bigger problem therefor, if what he is saying correct ( because he obviously knows my age better than me) is that I am driving a vehicle under age, with no insurance or license. Not that I am supposedly buying petrol under age. This has infuriated me and left me feeling embarrassed and I had to ask a random stranger to buy petrol for me as if I am a child. I am outraged.
