Left me out in the cold
This company said to me dont worry we will be with you in around 15 minutes, well they werent, i had to wait over an hour for them to ring me and say they were on there way, before this i did try numerous times to phone but had no answer, i had to get my father to drive from Cardiff to bring his key, this company did turn up in the end and tried to charge me for wasting there time, my father told them nicely to go away, do not use this company, they are not local to llanelli like they state.
