Took my money and did nothing had phone calls with them which knocked up the bill and every issue I had with ex I was told to just accept it. I had to tell them what I wanted them to do as oppose them telling me how to go about sorting it out. Just dealing with it was not sorting out my issues. disgrace !!!!!
