If I could give zero stars I would. Sent my Onkyo amp in for repairs as the sound wasn't working properly. Paid over £100 to be told there is no fault with the Onkyo, and no repair was made. When I got it back the amp would not switch between HDMI devices and would not display images. Reported this to Genserve who apologised and requested I send it back. So far so good. They then told me the HDMI board was damaged and needed replacing, at a cost of £267.89. I explained over several emails this damage was caused in their care, but they would not listen and would not fix the damage they had caused. Also, they damaged the packaging the amp was sent back in, and although I asked for this to be replaced, they did not. If anyone is interested, I have the full email trail.

I can not belive how bad a service i got from this company...I booked a repair then booked a afternoon of work to wait for them to turn up.I phoned them when the guy was late to be told that he was in the area and he was on his way..Great..2hrs later phoned again to be told that no one was coming beacause they did not have the part.,. i could go on but needless to say the customer service was a joke at best..I would never use again they won't even stay a bit later to accomadate you even if it is their fault...
