Could be better.
They came very quickly as the result of an emergency call from Scottish Power who insure our boiler. They were told we had no heat or water. A nice guy called Jimmy called and said it needed a new expansion vessel, said it would be in a day or two at most. He left the boiler turned off. Ordered part and it came in 36 hrs later but GGL never phoned us to arrange fitting. I phoned them at considerable cost (I hate Expensive 0871 numbers!!) and the lady on duty said it would be 6 days before they could come to fit it!!! Nothing they could do! Old sick people in house and having to wait 6 days! Unacceptable! After phone calls from Scottish Power they did manage to bring it forward 1 working day and pleased to say the boiler is now working, but 4 days without heat or water wouldnt happen with British Gas. Scottish Power have made out an incident report on this matter.
