    I have moved to Greenwich a few years ago, and straight away i had various problems with the council. Due to fact that i am a full time student, i don't have to pay council tax charges, council send me about 5 more letters wishing to take me to the court, even after i send them conformation that I am a student. I had to visit them directly in order for them to realize that i am a full time student and stop sending me letters
