    I asked for a £4 beard trim, but the barber Andy insisted I had a cut throat shave even though I explained I have sensitive skin. Now I have a really bad rash that cost me £15. Regarding the service Andy asked me if I had Aids and made a joke about it to get a laugh from another customer. When I explained how I wanted my beard shaved he said I will look like murder which was horrible. Overall a very unpleasant experience.
