I was going to board my 2 bunnis at holiday hutches as their website looked good and I know some people have said good things about them. I rang and had to leave voicemail. No one got back to me but I booked them by calling again I got through this time. I did book them in beginning of november. They said they'd send out a form and payment details so I could send it back - they have to receive it 7 days before the bunnies board. I didn't get it so emailed a week after and they said they'd been poorly and would get it out asap and that my bunnies are booked in- fair enough. But 2 weeks went by and it was beginning of this week so i was starting to get a bit worried as if says on the website that if they haven't received the payment 7 days before the bunnies board they reserve the right to give the place to someone else. The reason i booked this a month in advance is so I could have peace of mind. I emailed them explaining that I was worried and why but there was no response for over 2 days. I then rang them ( at this point it was just over a week til the bunnies were boarding so it was getting late) and had to leave voicemail explaining I hadn't received a response or a form after almost a month can they please let me know what's going on. They didn't have to common decency to call me they texted me instead. They said that they hadn't received an email (not sure why as my email said it had sent) and that they'd sent out 2 forms (I haven't received any and I've had no way of knowing if they'd sent any as they didn't notify me when they were sent). They then said they've cancelled my booking because they accused me of shouting and ranting down the phone. I in no way shouted or ranted. The reason I booked this so early is because I wanted peace of mind before I went away instead I worried and stressed about it as you need the form and payment in to them 7 days in advance and lost a lot of confidence in them because of the lack of responses. But I was especially upset and disapointed by the fact that the made it seem like I have spoken to them in a bad manner. Thankfully I have managed to find somewhere else for my bunnies to stay but because of the short notice it might not have been that way. I'm really shocked at being accused of ranting and shouting.
