10/11/2016,we has a family visited the signal box Coventry, you do pretty often, on this occasion we were very dissappointed, two staff which we could not fault, did their best, my husband couldn't have a drink no coffee or milk, when food arrived not cooked to normal standard, cool, gammon over done, after waiting fifteen minutes after ordering our sundaes they were bought out to us, the ice cream was that melted they could have used that for the coffees and teas,not at all what we are used to there, as a family that is our favourite place, someone on Thursday evening was not doing their job properly, the two girls Emily being one, was doing her best, hopefully this complaint will be taken on board, so we will have a better time when we next visit.

On Wednesdays me and some friends get together from all over the county of wiltshire. We decided for a change we would attend the rowden arms hungry horse in Chippenham on October 12th 2016. We arrived and staff were friendly so we sat and had a drink for around an hour which was fine. Until we went to the bar to order food as we were told and hour wait first followed by a sorry the kitchens closed the chefs gone home. This was just before 8pm on an evening when you have the special curry and a pint deal. There was so many people annoyed that within half hour the building went from near full to empty. Very dissapointed in the service and that none of the staff mentioned the kitchen was closed on arrival and before we all had a drink. Would expect more from McDonald's!!!! Will not be entertaining such poor customer care again.

Filthy cutlery

Hungry horse in farnborough hampshire. I asked for them to change the bucket of knives and forks because they were Filthy. She took it away and then brought the same bucket back. How do I know because it was the same Filthy tomato sauce bottle from the 1st time. I ended up taking the knives and forks into the ladies loos to wash them myself. Complained to head office a month ago and have heard nothing back

Went to the Iron Horse Hungry Horse in Thornton Cleveleys tonight for my husbands birthday, my sons steak was tough even though he asked for it to be cooked medium to rare. We had to fight off the flies, fly screens were not on every window and those that were in place weren't closed properly! It was stuffy in there until one waitress asked if we wanted the window open, why, to fight off more flies! Very dissapointed tonight, after having starters we had to ask for more cutlery.

went to seven springs tables were full of dirty plates menu stuck to dirty table went to eat o/side rubbish everywhere ordered food waited 45 mins arrived cold sent back come back 5 mins later after being zapped in the microwave. toilets dirty carpet very sticky when walking on in general place very dirty need to be shut down for a refurb. expensive for a rubbish meal.

went to the new hungry horse opened at the needle and awl in Rushden what a big mistake, after ordering our meals the chicken was so dry it was hard to cut the chips were hard and raw, the staff never once came back to check if everything was ok,we had to ask for our knifes and forks to eat it with,as it was newly opened and busy I didn't like to say anything so we desided to order icecream and hot fudge cake waited over 30mins and which time I had to go and remind them, when it came cake was cold and icecream was melted,at which point we just left. never again that pub will never change.

went for breakfast at the Wylde green Sutton cold field says open for breakfast at 9am on Hungry horse website, get there at 10.45am to the pub doors open but nobody about could have helped ourself when somebody did arrive to start work they said we are not open until 11am, but you advertise that a bigger breakfast is £4.49 before 11am after 11am its £6.99 this is very misleading, as this was the first visit to this pub don't think we will be returning

Popped out for a nice family meal and there was a drunk man swearing and shouting and using threatening behaviour.this was not dealt with by staff who just argued back! A gentleman also with his family had to step in and ask the man to be quiet,it continued and staff did nothing,my 2 year old daughter was in tears and i had to take her to the toilet to calm her down! Not one apology from any of the staff.

x2 kids burgars and chips burgars rock hard and green stuff in my sons beans.. chicken new yorker large plate order plain chicken came small plate bacon and chesse on chicken which was surpose to be plain . manager can said its the bactira on chicken its ok but i willl change come back still pink and said the green on beans was where they have uses mushy pea spoon contamination they shouldnt be doing that discussing so payed for meal didnt even eat puddings came and was all wrong manager wasnt helpfull at all didnt say nothing joke

Being a regular customer at our local hungry horse( the weathervane Stoke) I feel that there is need to complain regarding not only the length of time spent waiting for the food to be served but also the deteriorating quality and quantity being served, fish size sold as large but in fact a small one with twice as much batter,meat cremated leaving a burnt taste ,cutlery not clean,making the whole experience very expensive for poor quality food, a bit like going to a greasy spoon and paying three times the price ?

food not cooked and cold, spirits served in pint glasses ice cream sundy served in pint glasses, not being told when ordering that certain items were not available but being served without the items, expected to to pay full price.
