I was advised to use an IP attorney and contacted Paul. Very helpful and guided me through options. Could not fault his attention to detail and his thoroughness with the advice given. As it happened I decided not to go ahead with registering my idea (which turned out not to be original after all) and Paul has kindly refunded my registration fee promptly. Thank you Diane too for your prompt and efficient service.

As it being my first time to apply for a patent for my idea, I was advised to use an Patent attorney, I was helped and advised tremendously by Invicta Ip with great technical help and further ideas to improve my invention, everything I needed to get my idea professionally drafted and submitted for protection. Great service and looking forward to continue using there services in the future.
