About Us
JCL - Lettings specialise in renting rooms, flats and houses to young professionals in Southampton and the surrounding area. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality of accommodation, customer service and complete honesty with all tenants and landlords alike. We do not believe in charging any administration fees to tenants other than to cover the cost of the tenant reference check at £45, which has to be completed by all tenants before we can sign contracts. We are always looking for new properties to manage, due the constant demand of tenants looking to rent from us.
Specialist Services
We are a small professional company, offering high quality individual rooms within a shared house and compete houses. All houses are fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Our room prices are from £300pcm for a single room and £360pcm for a double - £450pcm depending on room size house location etc. All prices stated are inclusive of all bills, Gas, Elec, council tax, Water etc and generally comprise about £50 a month of the rent.
