Buyer beware, terrible customervservice
Wish I had read Lornas review before shopping here. My experience was very similar. Staff were unbelievably simpering and nice until I had paid, only after that did I discover I had been lied to in the pre sales pitch. What is more shocking is the awful attitude of the staff if you have an issue after you have paid. The owner is the worst, suddenly becoming rude and aggressive. I have genuinely never experienced such an insulting and upsetting service before. Please, please read the reviews on line of the store and shop elsewhere

Once goods bought and paid for customer service is over and you are non existant, owner is no longer interested after she has her cash , we live local but very much wish we had bought from John Lewis where customer service is exceptional, owner does not have a nice manner and will not go out of her way to help after goods bought, she should take a course in customer relations
