Liars and Cheats
We had a very negative experience after retaining the John Lawrence team to make our wedding rings. Despite approaching them three months in advance of our wedding, John Lawrence continually failed to undertake the work, leaving us with no rings three weeks out from our big day. They then had the cheek to ask for more money on the basis that it was a rush job. Throughout this John Lawrence never responded to emails, or returned calls, leaving it for us to chase them - we received nothing but empty promises that the rings would be ready “next week”. John Lawrence ruined our wedding day - do not use them unless you are looking for a great deal of stress and frustration!
