    I took 2 almost identical dresses to be drycleaned. I was advised to remove the buttons from one as they could not guarantee their safety. I left 1 dress to be drycleaned at a cost of £21. I returned a week later with the other dress, buttons removed and was told it would cost £40 to clean! What a rip off.
