Entirely satisfactory
Jonathan Wills recently acted on behalf of myself and my partner in a matter of litigation at Reading County Court. He represented us as claimant at the hearing. The briefing Mr Wills was asked to deal with was (in my view) overly inflated and incoherent. Despite this, Mr Wills presented a strong and coherent argument on our behalf, reaching the salient points quickly and efficiently. His examination of witnesses was done with a considerable degree of skill. Considering the difficulty of the task presented to him, he succeeded in producing a fair decision from the court. I would have no reservations in recommending Mr Wills to anyone who requires advocacy within Mr Wills’ area of expertise.
