Terrible quality and extremely poor service
The poor reviews I found online for Kimmy's aren't surprising to me after my recent trip to the Bedminster salon for a manicure. I was rushed when making my decisions on colour and design, and then she completely ignored and dismissed my ideas of how I wanted the nails to look saying 'she thought it looked better this way' - I thought that the customer was always right!? There were other people waiting and so Kimmy rushed through my appointment resulting in extremely poor quality - I could've done better myself on my own hands!! I went back the next day, not happy with the result and politely asked if a few alterations could be made. I was made to feel as if I was being unreasonable, staff were hostile and defensive. When I pointed out that the woman was about to use a colour I disliked, Kimmy butted in with "DON'T TELL HER WHAT TO DO, SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING!!!" I was shocked and disgusted with the service. To top it all off, the nail varnish came off within 2 days. Waste of money. Appalling beyond belief.
