Very unprofessional and untruthful!!!
My experience with L SPRING PROPERTIES was very much awful! I moved in to a property in Devon mansions SE1 with my boyfriend six months ago, overall we were happy with our move accept for a broken faucet in the bathroom, still we were assured it would be fixed at "our" soonest convenience? weeks and months went by with us asking for it to be fixed still no repair man. Whilst asking for it to be repaired we were affronted by Mr Spring and aggressively told it is being "sorted"? Now two weeks ago our contract was up and we decided not to renew and move on. when we went to the Spring property office on Mill street se1 to finalize the end of our tenancy we were told that we would NOT be getting our security deposit back due to us breaking the bathroom faucet!!!! After complaining, to our dismay we were then attacked with verbal abuse which I will not repeat here today and made to leave the premises! So bottom line is DO NOT USE, L SPRING PROPERTIES OF 3 MILL STREET BERMONDSEY SE1 2DE they are very unprofessional and untruthful and their behaviour is down right criminal!!!
